Stonefly Press Returns Policy
Every item you purchase at Stonefly Press is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If at any time you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it for replacement, refund, or account credit. Products damaged after receipt are not candidates for return.
All refund items will be returned to you in the fashion they were originally ordered. UPS orders will be returned via UPS, USPS orders will be returned via USPS, and expedited orders will be returned via an expedited method.
If you would like to expedite an item that was ordered via UPS or USPS, we will add the additional charge to your credit card or invoice you for the outstanding difference.
Refunds will be added to the credit card used for the original purchase, or via the method of original purchase. Credit is available only for customers who maintain a Stonefly Press account.
To return a product, follow these simple steps:
- Include a copy of your invoice
- Print and complete the return form, or include a letter with the following:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Reason for the return
- Specify replacement, refund, or credit
- Name on Stonefly Press account, if different than the name above
- Insure the package for your own protection (we are not responsible for products lost in route to us)

We will try to resolve any returns received without complete information or invoice, but cannot guarantee returns received without this information.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the services that Stonefly Press, our authors or partner lodges provide during a Stonefly Press retreat, please contact us via our online form and provide a summary of your concern and a direct contact address at which we can reach you. Our goal is 100% satisfaction, and while we can’t catch fish for you, we want to provide a lasting experience that is both enjoyable and memorable for years to come.
